We are hiring reliable Forklift Operators for a busy Edmonton warehouse. This is a steady, full-time job that can become a permanent career after a few months based on your performance and attendance.
Pay & Shifts:
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift).
Available Shifts:
Shift A: 3:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Shift B: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Quick Requirements:
Must have a valid forklift license for both Reach Truck and Sit-Down forklifts.
Must drive your own car/vehicle to get to the Edmonton warehouse.
Must be ready to start working right away.
What You Will Do:
Drive Forklifts: Safely run reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move LTL freight.
Work the Cross-Dock: Move high-volume shipments quickly through a fast-paced warehouse.
Stay Safe: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe under tight timelines.
What We Are Looking For:
Valid forklift certifications (Reach and Sit-Down).
Proven forklift experience, especially in a cross-dock or LTL environment.
Good physical fitness to handle a fast, active warehouse shift.
Excellent attendance and a safety-first attitude.
Ability to choose a shift and start immediately.

Responsibilities
• Operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts in a busy cross dock/LTL environment
• Use stand-up stock picker equipment to pick and put away product
• Load, unload, move, and organize freight and product safely and efficiently
• Stock loose pick bins and pick customer orders accurately
• Re-barcode cases and return products to high bay storage
• Assist with inventory put-away during delivery days (800–1200 cases shared across team)
• Perform daily and weekly warehouse cleaning duties
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Work closely with team members in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Qualifications
• Valid forklift certification for both reach truck and sit-down counterbalance forklifts
• Previous cross dock, LTL, warehouse, or freight handling experience preferred
• Experience operating electric forklifts required
• Physically fit and able to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs consistently
• Strong English communication skills required
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork abilities
• Must have reliable transportation as the location is not accessible by transit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high daily volume demands
